Craving Cocoa - 8.6 oz

I'm a very health conscious, fit 44 year old. I work out hard when I go. BUT, it spikes my hunger. I know that diet is more important when trying to stay fit. I have tried all kinds of stuff, but try to stay as healthy as possible when doing it. I read the reviews, saw the high price, and was anticipating...yucky flavor. NOT SO! I think this stuff is super yummy. The first time I drank it, I wanted more. I ended up having 2 servings that day. Now, I don't eat junk food, and I'm not used to "milk shakes", so if you're looking for that, it's not like that mixed in water. Be creative and make it yummy, or change your habits if you want results. It totally helped curve my food cravings too. I work 14 hour shifts and am trying to cut back snacking at work. I totally love this stuff. I'm getting more.

Very tasty. Great ingredients. Very expensive - and container is only 1/2 full of product. Works as advertised. Wish it were more affordable.Update: Now available but in a smaller container ... 8.6 vs 12.9 oz. Cost per serving just went up... I still dig it.

The taste is okay but I think this was really making my stomach hurt.

This does help to fight cravings because the taste is so awful it makes you not want anything else. The texture is very odd and sludgy.

This really is just okay. I mean it's overpriced cocoa with stevia in it and psyllium husks added. I think the psyllium is the factor in reducing cravings, but I was still hungry. I resolved my cravings by just eating more. Didn't realize I had been under eating for so long.Overall, I wouldn't buy this again. I can just buy organic cocoa and add stevia to it. This product is actually quite underwhelming.

We love this! It can be hard to stir in, so I use a blender to add it to an iced coffee or smoothie! Great taste and it's nice to have a healthy chocolate for shakes. Ordering another can. Try it.

Tastes great. Best in hot water. Definitely curbs the craving, satisfies my afternoon munchies.

I like this. Doesn't keep hunger away as long as I'd hoped. But when you crave some chocolate, you won't undo your diet with this as a shake. I mix it with coconut water and it tastes thick and rich.
