The phone was delivered within the advertised time and the quality was as advertised. I was very impressed.

It arrived as it should next day. Perfect condition and all round excellent phone...well worth getting.

The battery life is poor, the program that Samsung used to pull everything over from my old Ulefone was very poor, it left some apps out, some files got lost, even my whats app contacts went missing and my email contacts got lost too and I had to re-add them, not good to say the least, other than that its not a bad phone you just have to be careful with it and buy an extra case and screen protector for peace of mind. Scanning quality is first class and works every time without fuss, picture quality is amazing, video quality is first class for a phone like this. Also, one of the main reasons I got this was for better video sound and it is very good quality sound. Its also fairly lightweight thin and easy on the pocket. Good value for a re conditioned phone.

I only had the phone about two weeks so far and I found no issue or any promlem with the phone what so ever with it.I'm very happy with it because it looks brand new phone no damage or any scratched on it.

Quality is great, phone is perfect condition and works perfectly, however looses a star for not being reset and having the previous owners porn videos in the gallery and porn website open on the browser

Well what can I say. this phone was described as excellent it had scratches all over the back and a chip on the top. So not happy. Returned straight away. First time ive had any problems with refurbished items. Hopefully won't happen again.

value for the money, bought a while ago and has been problem free.
