The media could not be loaded.  This took a bit of time to get setup, first attaching the light to the tube and then connecting the tube to the pump. You can't get the pump in once the light is attached, so it's tricky to connect the tube to the pump while it's inside. Be sure to check the slider on the pump which controls how much water gets pumped. When closed, you won't see any water flowing. Fully open, too much water flows and things get wet.The mist maker needs to be pushed to the back also or it just splashes water outside. Once all that is done, it does look well.

Pretty much as it says in the title, the only reason I give it 4 stars is there seems to be a strange noise originating from the motor but as it doesn’t affect the function I don’t mind it that much.

Absolutely terrible product! How on earth a product doesn't come with an instruction manual? Yes, there are 4 pictures showing how to install it on the box. But it's hopeless. Even thrle photo is totally different from the model i got. Furthermore, It's awful terrible designed for installation.
