I have an Explorer three I need a new charging cord for it does anybody know which cord it takes so I can buy a cord thank you

It was great until it stopped working tiday!

This Magnifier just stopped working today. it was used for about 15 minutes and was not dropped or otherwise damaged. I am so disappointed as it was quite helpful for my legally blind condition.Is there any warranty or other service that you can provide to help me in this situation. Thank you, it would be sincerely appreciated. Jim Hazley

Worked well. Failed within the "trial period." Got repaired!

This device worked well. It was areplacement for one my 91-yrs-young mom uses regularly.It malfunctioned within the "trial period." My mother got the original one repaired by the company (for a fee) and got this new one repaired - no cost! The company is sending to my mom soon!!

The repair folks at the company are responsive....I do not, however, find their blaming me for the failure of the unit to be correct or ethical. The unit when totally dark within the warranty time frame. I sent it to them, their response was the I had tried pushing the small charge plug...the micro B plug...into the HDMI port and that caused the failure, And..the cost would be $260 for a new Mother Board....free labor and repair. I told them: The HDMI port had NO cover on it to prevent it from being accidently used (it was supposed to have a cover), I never, ever use the HDMI port (used for TV or a monitor display), the Micro B is so small and the HDMI so large, how could that damage the port, etc etc. They would not agree. They held to their assessment and took no responsibility. None. And, I
