I hit 32, I had 5 kids at this point, and my body broke down. I went to doctor after doctor. Now I’m 38 and Figured out I have PMDD, 300% higher cortisol than normal, gallbladder removal was needed, and hormones messed up bad. First few times I got a few nasty burps after taking them but after about a week my body settled down. It took two weeks for me to really notice any difference but once I did I loved them. I felt like my joins hurt less and my iron levels were amazing.I did have to stop taking them as often when I got pregnant but kept them in my regiment once a week to provide a little extra boost and assistance to my sleep quality.Controversial take: I actually trust these more because the beef is not US sourced. I have too many concerns about the cattle industry to want the organs from Us based cattle.

So far so good I have been taking them about 20 days. They don’t have a bad smell or taste but my Chihuahua wants the bottle. I started taking 2 a day and will increase just due to the 1st days I did need to use the restroom more than normal. The first few days I felt like I wasn’t so drained and I have not had to take any Advil for headaches since I started taking them. I have lost about 10 lbs in the 20 days but I am also fasting. I will define ordering more and hope they help with my period cramps.

So far so good. They do have a smell so I have to hold my breath when I take them, but what do you expect from the ingredients, right?I am seeing an improvement in energy so that's good. And you only have to take one a day, unlike all the others I read about where you have to take 6. I'm sure you can go up to more of you want, but I'm cool with one for now.

So far so good and was surprised that it has very little smell and taste. Time will tell I guess for any benefits that I may get from this beef organ supplement but better than the taste of eating the actual beef organs. Maybe it was just me but this is the first month that my cycle was not so heavy that I couldn’t go out and about and seemed to be lesser pain and cramping than before, but it also may just be a fluke, hoping the coming months will show the benefits.

Been taking for 2 months, haven’t noticed too much. Just got my labs done and my testosterone is high, wondering if it has to do with taking these.
