I we would say this is compatible . It is listed at the very top of ad. I love mine works faster at charging, lightweight, price is cheaper. Amazon is great at refunds or exchange. Go for it.

I'm guessing flashes green and red, is the warning check your batteries reach to the life limited. Maybe check the battery when was you had purchased or how long you had your battery? Battery usual have life limited. That's why the charger flashes greensand red light at the same time. Hope this will helps to answer your questions.

Q: Is this compatible with a drive power chair ?

It probably is, but I found the charger unit got way too hot to handle. Although inexpensive it's what you pay for. I ended up getting the quality charger from a scooter store (googled the one I needed). $149 a year ago but so worth it.
