Are there holes on the bottom of the catcher so rain water doesn't fill up in it?

There are tiny pin size holes on the corners where the stainless steel seams come together. But they wouldn't be real great as drain holes. There are no actual drain holes, but it wouldn't be too difficult to drill a couple holes for that purpose. I do recommend this item. It's made pretty good. And it looks good, too.
