Woodland Scenics Scene-A-Rama Foliage & Grasses Kit

My son used this to create a more realistic look for his 4th grade volcano project. He had read about dioramas in a book and was so excited to try it. He had a BLAST spraying the glue and sprinkling different colors and layers of grass. There was more than enough in the pack to decorate his 2 foot by 3 foot volcano. He was able to do it almost entirely on his own after I demonstrated the directions and it looks so good.Please excuse the not dry glue in the review photo.

I bought this kit to just get a idea of the colors for my scenery that I was doing on my model railroad. Works great came with just enough to get an idea of the colors that I wanted and and idea of how much it's going to take to cover the amount that I needed.

I was eager to use the grass and other stuff but unfortunately the glue provided inside the box was old & hard which I couldn’t use to apply the grass for my daughter project .

There isn't really a lot of kits and/or products out there specifically for school projects liek creating biomes for science class. Well, let me assure you that this is a really great kit for foresty biomes! The grass makes it more believable and the bushes are great and easy to stick. It's enough for a shoebox biome :)

I saw lots of reviews about the glue coming cured that made me nervous, but you can't beat the price. Glue came how it's supposed to and it's the perfect size starter kit. I'll be buying one again if I start running out of supplies.

Product contains samples (enough to cover a 12"x12" area)to do nice sized di-aram of a wooded area or landscaped area. Great to give you a list of supplies or a practice shot at a good cost. There even material to make your own trees.

This product was easy to use. My husband and son used it to make an awesome looking world for his diorama about dinosaurs!
