Efficient and good looking

Great coffee cup for on the go, leakproof, (and keeps coffee hot for a few hours! Great for car travel , fits in my handbag!

Got the order wrong , ordered a green and a black, got two black… let them know but had no reply, poor customer service… also when you take the top apart to clean it never goes back right and now drips, basically a waste of money

They look great but sadly that’s it. The lid does not stay leakproof. I bought two for myself and partner and after a couple of washes they leak every time. I’ve followed videos step by step on putting the lids back together - but no use. So they’re redundant now as leakproof mugs.

Keeps coffee hot for about 2 hours and warm for a couple more. Great buy.

Fiddly to drink from and not a comfortable experience. There’s a lot going on in the lid and quite often, even after washing it, I would get a mouthful of Fairy Liquid! Not a fan- sorry.

I had been boasting about my new cup to anyone who would listen, but a few weeks in, I made a coffee at home and about 2 hours later went to work with it in the bottle holder section of a smart rucksack.Cue coffee all over the bag and cup and lukewarm coffee inside. I'm confused as the button was pressed down closed, and the top was screwed tight ?I should add that I contacted Frank Green before writing this review and they suggested I hadn’t assembled it correctly and pointed me to the video. I’m quite able to assemble it thanks - over complicated though it is - and it was a design fault not my error. However, very carefully reassembled several times and it leaked every time it was not upright and in my hand.No offer to replace.Disappointed overall with cup, company and customer service. Caviat emptor!
