how many spikes are in the package?

When I bought them in February of this year, the package contained 19 spikes. My Adidas Tour 360 shoes use 10 per shoe so I was one short and had to re-use one of the existing spikes on my shoes. My Callaways use only 9 spikes so if you have that shoe, you would have one extra spike.

Why do you say 20 spikes one time and 18 in another answer?

My pack came with 20. Awesome product too

what is the Thread size on these?

The thread size is standard. Will fit 99.9 percent of the golf shoes I've ever seen.

Do these fit the 2019 Ecco Biom golf shoes?

Can't say for sure but your cleats are compatible with Slim-Lock, Fast Twist of FT3 designs then these should work. Just have to know what kind of cleat your shoes accept and then go to the cross comparison charts that are all over the internet.
