Q: Is this a one piece seat and back cushion ??

Yes, it is a one piece, but the back portion is not as thick as the seat cushion. I think the back portion of this item is to keep the lower part in place and help to avoid the cushion from moving around. It is definitely well worth the price. I purchased 2 of them, one for the Lazboy and one for the transport chair. Very comfortable. Hope this helps.

Q: Do you have a cover for the foam chair pad ?

I went on a mission in search of a cover for this exact pad to find a way to cover it for my wife to use in her wheelchair and in dialysis. I went to walmart in their fabric section and spoke with the lady in fabrics. She suggested a felt material and fabric glue that has worked very well so far!

Q: What size fits a queen size bed?

This egg crate cushion was for my mom’s wheelchair. You would have to do a search specifically for a queen size bed.

Q: can this get wet.. looking to use it on shower chair

I have not tried to use it in the shower but it seems as if it would keep you from slipping around on the shower chair and it seems as if it would dry out is hung over the chair- it is not expensive and might be worth a try-it is extremely light weight. I did not feel as if it provided much cushioning for my bottom when I had to sit for awhile and I only weigh 120 pounds. I felt as if I squished it down when I sat on it. I'm able to get around now so I don't use it.
