Can this product be returned if it doesn’t work as advertised?

I don’t know because I used it multiple times and it worked well.

Is it Necessary to warm 1st? Can this be used straight from the package?

yes it's best to warm first. Just put the package (out of wrapper) in the microwave, try 20 to 30 seconds. When warm like a baby bottle, rub it together in your hands and apply to hair. I use them on my dogs

Whats in this? Is there an ingredients list?

My Moms caregiver used this to shampoo her hair. Do not know what the ingredients were but it did a good job. My mom was 96 yrs old when she passed, in 2016.

Is this a one time use?

Yes one time. Works well with patients that can’t get into the shower. Makes them feel so much better.
