Bose SoundSport Wireless Headphones, Aqua

I have used Bose SoundSport earbuds (corded) for my workouts for years. Like most, I wanted to cut the cord for convenience during my daily workouts. Since Bose had no cordless sports earbuds, I purchased the PowerBeats. I HATE them!! The sound is subpar to my corded SoundSport. The PowerBeats are NOT comfortable. The don’t feel secure. To hear my music with any reasonable quality, I would have to hold them in my ears. After a few workouts, the PowerBeats starting gathering dust in my drawer.I saw these wireless SoundSports by Bose and ordered them immediately, hoping Bose would not let me down. I opened the box and the quality is apparent. I paired them with my iPhone and WOW!!! Sound quality is awesome! Blows the PowerBeats away - NO CONTEST. Very comfortable and feel very secure. I used them for my workout and these are like putting on my favorite pair of blue jeans! I have used these every day for a week and after 6 hours of total workout time, I still have 50% of the battery charge (a voice tells you how much battery remains when you turn them on.) Thank you Bose!!! I find I have actually been more motivated to workout since I have purchased these.The earbuds come with a cute round case, a very short micro USB charger, and 3 different size silicone ear pieces. Pairing is seamless and the app is ok. Admittently, I don’t really love them for phone calls because the volume seems low, but I didn’t purchase them for talking on the phone. I ordered the add-on charging case for $50 from Bose. It looks like a more protective case than the included case, which is important as I want these earbuds to last me a LONG time! Case gets a full charge in 2 hours and extends the charge on the SoundSport for 18 hours. I’ll post a review once I receive it.These wireless Bose SoundSport earbuds are a GAMECHANGER! I gave away the PowerBeats.

Very disappointed with this product , as a huge fan of Bose , I was looking forward to get the new Bluetooth technology headset, first impression was great , superb quality, super sound , and solid Bluetooth connection with my iPhone, it was holding fine on my ears , even as tends to move to the right due to the mic and volume setting , but , after 5 days of usage , the problems showed up , it's barely imposible to keep it in the ears when running for more than 12m , I tried all the different sizes , but yet the left goes off all the time , and , this is the worse part , after 30-40 of usage , the left one starts to make a "crispy" sound , like when you were manually tuning one of the old FM radios , that annoying sound it does not stop , not even when I turn it off !!!., the thing keeps on going for hours .I just read some other reviews, and it seems it's a common issue , if you sweat it will moisture inside the headphones and generate an anoying static noise that last for hours , even after you turn it off, also when running the headset gets off your ear no matter which size you take . This is not a device for sports , it will work fine for watching a movie but not for a long workout ,very disappointed with Bose, it really looks like they put out in the market a product under developed and just because all the other major manufacturers already have great wireless sport headphones . A huge failure for all Bose fans, I just wonder if the other new wireless noise cancellation headphone has similar issues. For the time being I strongly recommend to either buy anyother one or wait till Bose fixes these issues , cause as for today , is a waste of money .Really disappointed , I looks the headset is not 100% developed .I just hope any rep from Bose is reading this and provides a solution.

So I NEVER leave reviews, but I felt compelled to for the Bose SoundSport Wireless Headphones. Just got these and initial impressions after unboxing is that I’m blown away by these headphones so far. Let me explain:FOR WORK/PHONE CALLSI am in sales/installation and drive from job to job on a daily basis. Between jobs I am making and receiving calls (and listening to music of course). I had read reviewers that felt like the microphone wasn’t good for phone calls, but I beg to differ. I called my wife to test the phone call quality with the wire/mic hanging in front(below my chin), and I also tested it with the wire/mic hanging in back(resting on the back of my neck), all while making a ton of noise(clanging dishes, pots and pans, with people talking loud). I am comparing these to the Bose SoundSport wired headphones that I’ve been happy with for years. The result of our tests is that my voice actually sounds better and is less muffled on the SoundSport wireless, while the background noise is tolerable, as with the SoundSport wired headphones. So I’m extremely happy with the quality of the mic!WORKING OUT WITH MUSICLet me just say that after unboxing and charging these, I put the headphones on and was blown away by the sound quality. Coming from a pair of SoundSport wired headphones, these wirelesss headphones are amazing with the bass and just overall sound quality. As far as comfort goes, I have a collection of different Bose tips that I’ve collected over the years. The tips that come on these are more noise canceling because of how they are shaped. I have found that the music and bass sound better with these tips, but the other style Bose tips (that came on my wired SoundSport) are more comfortable because of how they’re shaped, but don’t deliver as good of sound. Thankfully I can use either style and I’m sure I will depending on what I’m doing. Nevertheless, no matter which tips I have attached, the headphones stay in place whether I’m jump roping, sprinting, doing Tabatas, etc. So I’m extremely happy with these results as well!FINAL THOUGHTSI think some of the negative things that people are experiencing may may have something to do with the quality of the device that they’re paired up with. I have an iPhone XR, and the second I turn on these headphones they automatically connect and deliver unparalleled sound quality and excellent phone call/mic quality. I consider myself a power user of headphones with high standards, so hopefully these will stand the test of time.Thanks for reading, I hope this review helps someone in their search for the best wireless headphones!
