I didn’t buy the emerald color stone, but bought the lt green peridot. It was true to the color of peridot.

Q: Are the stones genuine sapphire? Or created?

I believe the description says "Beautiful sterling silver dangle earrings featuring trios of graduated 5mm and 3mm CREATED blue sapphire stones nestled in individual four prong settings". So the stones are created. Beautiful earrings and the stones look real.
