This product does the trick and give your immune system a boost and also sharp focusIf you don’t like coarse residue at the bottom of your glass/mug this is not for you other than that it is a quality product

Not sure it does much for you
It didn’t make any difference over the whole month, the only change was my blood pressure dropped very low after a training session so maybe not good if your on blood pressure tablets, I’ve also read that powder form mushroom supplements can be hard on the kidneys to process so not good if you have kidney issues or take meds that already make your kidneys work harder. I mixed it in with my daily protein drink so I had no issues with taste or consistency.
