The letters I received were packed nicely in a little box. It was easy to assemble my desired banners and I had just enough letters for what I needed. However, it should be noted that there aren't enough Y's for "happy birthday" if that's what you want the banner for. Buyers should also beware that the letters are small, but they are not easily torn and serve their purpose. I was pleased with what I received especially since they can be reused time and time again. (As long as they are stored in a safe place where they won't get bent)

Quality product. The thickness of the letters is perfect. I bought others & they were too thin which looked cheap. These are perfect. Not savvy enough to add a pic unless Amazon would allow me to pull & attach one from my camera's gallery. Buy I promise you won't be disappointed. Letters are 4"×3" in size.

Cute and would have looked better if I had added balloons or more around it. Took awhile to assemble however and was a little messy to clean up with the punch holes. Hard to get the spacing right but we figured it out and looked cute!

Some Russian letters included. Plenty of other letters. Had enough to make 3 signs.

I recently used this to congratulate a friend on a new job. The letters were great and easy to use. The only setback was the clasps provided were very fragile and broke very easily. I had some sturdier clasps on hand and had to use a few of those. Also, this pack only comes with on letter Z. I needed 2 Z's, but then decided to not spell out my friends nickname since it required 2 z's. Other than that, its a great buy!

Was super easy to out together the letters and as well it has for you to keep doing it in other celebrations or just as a room decoration.

I have been using this for a few parties now and I love that I can change the sign to whatever I want! I just wish it came with a sturdier string. The one it comes with is starting to fray so I will have to replace myself. Also, keep in mind that the letters and decor are not super sturdy themselves either but that doesn’t bother me.

I bought two sets of these for an office farewell party. It was really fun coming up with different phrases and goodbye in other languages. Everyone loved it and it fit well with our gold and white decor. Pay attention to the dimensions because the letters could be a tad smaller than you might expect. Also, the gold is more on the matte side; not a flashy metallic gold.
