Excellent product, and customer/warranty service
We purchased this unit in March 2023 and it worked great, until one day in September 2024, it stopped. Customer service was superb and rushed us a new device - actually an updated version, as this one was no longer manufactured. Janice, in particular, was a great customer service specialist. Very polite and extremely responsive to every email we sent. I highly recommend Avantree for standing behind their warranty, and for producing excellent products.

Solved all my Bluetooth problems.
This item is great. Can't believe a modern TV hasn't got Bluetooth as an option. This device solved my problem. It's easy to set up and works great with my Bluetooth headphones. No sound or latency problems. It's so small you can not see it amongst my other electronic equipment. Has a great range too. Would recommend seller and product.

L'articolo (Avantree) per il collegamento Bluetooth è arrivato in anticipo sulla data di consegna.Ho un iPad 10ª generazione e questo non ha l'uscita fisica audio per collegarlo ad un impianto voce, o cassa amplificata, poi leggendo i vari post e recensioni, ho scoperto questa scatoletta magica (con uscita audio), che in un attimo si collega al bluetooth del mio iPad e da questa con un cavo entro nel mixer dell'impianto voce, una meraviglia.Le istruzioni in italiano sono comprese.Ciao!
