Little confusing for beginners
Some of these cards are great, others are a little confusing for someone with no professional guidance in DBT. But very well made, colourful. Larger than I expected.

Disappointed
I use dbt cards a lot and thought changing them after a few years would keep interest, but I didn’t really rate them in comparison to my old ones. I’m going to try them a few times see how I get on with them

Different than I Thought
I am not fully sure what I expected when my therapist suggested I buy these but the cards are a lot different than I at first supposed. Yes, most give small tasks during your day to help you cope. There are various "sections" to the cards and though I go in order, they say you don't need to. I tried to take photos that would help prior to purchase. I do find them usually helpful and great reminders. Definitely part of my daily meditation / mental health exercises now. Will continue soldiering on and hope they help :)

Useful.
It is beneficial for someone who has a little bit of background knowledge of Psychology and insight into personality disorders and traits. For a complete beginner, this might not be so good. The acronyms are introduced, assuming that we are already aware of them, so overall great product but for slightly trained users.
