Palmer'sCocoa Butter Formula Biotin Length Retention Shampoo, 13.5 Fl Oz

This is the first sulfate free shampoo I have tried. I have highly porous hair that gets dryer and dryer between washes (instead of oily)This shampoo is thick. Lathers great. Easy to use. Cleans perfectly without stripping. Works great for porous hair. Leaves my hair shiny and smooth.Will last a long time. Only need a small amount.The smell: smells like bar soap. It's kind of weird for a shampoo. Not what I'd expect. But it's a clean smell.

Love the shampoo! It's gentle on my hair and makes it soft and shiny with out weighing it down or making it greasy. Pleasant smell but I wish it smelled more like the lotion.

I've been using Palmer's Coconut Conditioning Shampoo for years and found it was getting too oily for me as my hair and scalp have changed over the years. I also have had some hair shedding for the past few years due to stress.I used this New "Lengthning" product from Palmer's and find that it is pretty good. It does have a thick "slime" texture as people have said but no bother. I just rinse it really well as I would every shampoo since my hair is already oily.I follow up with a a natural glycerine soap bar for my second shampoo. Sounds strange but I order a non-frangrance all natural clear glycerine body bar soap for my second shampoo. This helps get rid of any residuals left over by any of my shampoos.I noticed that my hair felt much better, and had a lot more shine with this new shampoo than usual. Just seemed to have something giving it more body. The hair loss is minimal and is about the same as using the other Palmer's shampoos.It's not bad for the price and I will continue to use it. I think I prefer it over the Palmers coconut conditioning shampoo because it is not has heavy.

Keeps my hair so soft and my scalp moisturized. I love it. Works even better with the conditioner. Great slip.

My hair doesn’t absorb a lot of the other brand of conditioner, but this is the best so far to keep my hair moisturized in when I style my hair it keeps my hair being curly it retains the shape This is my favorite so far it smells really nice.

Doesn't feel like gets hair clean. Don't really like feel of the shampoo

I only used a small amount of shampoo on my hair and it was so moisturizing. I felt like I had put conditioner or something in my hair. Actually, after using this shampoo, I felt as if I didn’t need any conditioner because my hair was feeling so soft, shiny, and healthy. And for the price that I paid for the shampoo is unbelievable.
