Q: Will they fit a Stressless (made by Ekornes) chair?

I don't know if they will fit that brand or not, I didn't search for chair brand when I bought them. They just replace the castors and I guess they all have the same shaft size.

Q: Does these work on any office chair or do I have to buy pacific type of chair?

I can't say it will work on any office chair but this is the most common size. You can pull them out of the chair you have and eyeball or match up the exact size male fitting. They simply pull straight out.

Q: Do they damage hardwood floors?

Not that I have seen - works well. We are fairly gentle though
