So far used it in pancakes recipe as a replacement milk and in some dishes instead of dairy cream replacement. I love coconut flavour and it's easy to mix. A touch of warm water makes it easier to dissolve. It comes in a good size handy resealable bag.

I really enjoy using this versatile powder and have added it to curries. I also used it to make protein balls with nut butter, cocoa powder, nuts, seeds, maple syrup and then rolled them in this before popping in fridge. It can be used as a healthier substitute for icing powder.

Looks like buttermilk or something defo not coconut milk powder like last time no coconut smell more like a sour milk smell to it not white like should be was bright yellow !So disappointed and no refund eligible shocking

Couldn’t get the water to mix with the powder, just left wet powder on top of water. Then I tried blending it and that made it better but I don’t want to have to use the blender to make it, it was supposed to be used for camping when I won’t have electricity. There are better milks out there do not buy this
