Hi I just received the chairs today and there are some issue with 2 chairs which is one chair couldn't pull up and another chair has a issue with screw is not fitting in could you send someone to fix it orexchange the product

بكل صراحه المنتج وصلني تقريبا بدون عيوب مقارنه بالسعر جدا ممتاز
رحت لمحل بتبوك اسمه هوم بوكس يبيع نفس ذا الكرسي ب ٢٠٠ ولما شفته ب امزون طلع ارخص بواجد جدا الكرسي ممتاز خصوصا للاطفال ، مشكلته اذا تبيه ان مسند الظهر قصير نوعاً ما لكن بشكل عام يمشي معي ميه بالميه وانصح فيه تركيبه اخذ مني نص ساعه اهمشي اذا تبي تركبه لاتنسى البلاستيك الي تحته عشان تقدر ترفعه وتنزله

يوجد اختلاف في تفاصيل الكرسي الموجود بالصورة عن ما تم احضاره لي.جودته متوسطة ولكن يؤدي الغرض !طبعاً الكرسي لا يأتي مركب مثل ما اجاب احد الاشخاص ، الكرسي وصلني في كرتون غير مركب ولكن يوجد معه دليل مصور وتركيبه سهل جداً.السعر بالنسبة للجودة يعتبر مقبول!ملاحظة : واجهت مشكلتين واريد التنبيه عليها لأنني أردت أن أعيد الكرسي بسببها !الاولى أن القاعدة التي تثبت تحت الكرسي يجب أن تكون في الاتجاه الصحيح بحيث يكون الجانب المنخفض جهة مؤخرة الكرسي والمرتفع للأمام. والملاحظة الثانية أن عصى الهايدروليك يوجد عليه غطاء بلاستيكي صغير من المصنع يمنع من ارتفاعه وانخفاضه ، فيجب ازالة هذا الغطاء ثم تركيبه في القاعدة لتتمكن من رفع وتنزيل الكرسي .
