deadly sharp
Quality blade. You dont appreciate how good a knife is until youve used a quality blade is like this.Makes cutting through hard veg (carrots, potatoes, etc) feel like they are boiled (ie soft)can shred leaves finely with ease. Keep an eye on the price as it varies up/down by 20 quid

First attempt with wusthof and I am not sure its the standard
Cuts great with good gripDoesnt seem like stainless steel, got these little rust dots.Never used in dishwasher.Dry completely after use.Even though it says wusthof classic i got the Gourmet which is a lower series
