Do you have to put the sticker decals on the game yourself?

Yes you have to put the stickers on. Also FYI, it is MUCH smaller than the original toss across game. It is a downsized version of the original. Even the bean bags are 1/4 the size of the original game from years ago.

Could you use corn hole bean bags for this if the knes provided do not work good?

I cannot answer for sure but I would think corn hole bags might work as long as they are the same size as the original bags.

Will the peices come apart once assembled?

Yes the pieces will come apart once connected but you must tug a little bit to pull apart. Be gentle and patient with disassembly.

What about if one of the bags are lost? Can you purchase them separately?
