Q: Is the mat precolored under when you use the water pens to reveal color?

Dear，Yes, it is precolord underneath, so when you use the water pens beautiful colored pictures appear.

Q: Why is my mat not completely erasing? I let it sit out for over 24 hours and there are still marks from where my kids drew on it.

Try using a dry eraser board cleaner. Mine works fine no marks yet. This sounds funny but try Colgate toothpaste I use that or hairspray to take off marker on things at times. Or rubbing alcohol. Hope this helps.
