nice shirts
Good quality, light, moisture wicking material. They run small though so definately recommend sizing up. Priced right. Highly recommend but go up a size.

My Honest Take
Okay, so I needed some new workout shirts, and these Real Essentials ones seemed like a pretty good deal. Five shirts for that price? I figured it was worth a shot. The Good:* Fit: I ordered my usual size and they fit well. Not too tight, not too baggy. Just a nice athletic fit.* Comfort: The material is surprisingly soft and comfortable. It's lightweight and breathable, perfect for working out.* Performance: They definitely wick away sweat. I wore one to the gym the other day and it kept me dry throughout my workout. No more soaking wet cotton shirts!* Value: You really can't beat the price for five shirts. It's a great value, especially if you're on a budget. The Not-So-Good:* Durability: They seem a little thin. I'm a bit worried they might not hold up well after multiple washes. Only time will tell.* Color Selection: The colors were a bit basic. Would be nice to have some more vibrant options.Overall:For the price, these Real Essentials active t-shirts are a solid buy. They're comfortable, perform well, and you get a good amount for your money. If you're looking for some affordable workout shirts, I'd say go for it. Just don't expect them to be the most durable shirts you've ever owned.

Nice Workout Shirt, But You Will Need to Wash Them First - - Twice.
I am 5' 10" tall and 172 lbs., and old. I wear a 41 suit. The size L fit the way I like. Because some reviewers suggested they were cut small, I bought XL. They were huge, and I returned them for size L. I have work 3 of them for indoor workouts in a temperate climate (low to mid 70s, within 2 miles of the ocean). They were comfortable. And, they look good. They are easy to wash and come out of the dryer wrinkle free. But, they arrived with that chemical smell common to microfiber clothes. Realessentials included a card inviting the user to email them for any issues, but I elected to try self-help. I washed them in Kirkland Free, and the odor diminished. I ran them through the dryer a second time, with a Bounce dryer sheet, and they were much improved. (Do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets on microfiber towels. They will lose their absorbency. I don't think it hurt the shirts). Then, I rewashed them with Downey fragrance free laundry detergent and dried them without a dryer sheet. After that, they were suitable for wear. I suspect that one washing with a pleasantly scented detergent might be sufficient.

Definitely run small, so buy a size up, but it's a great looking fit
After reading the reviews, I bought an XL when I typically buy L. I'm 6'0'', 195lbs. These are ever so slightly large on me from neck to waist, and probably an inch too long on the length. But overall the fit is great, I really like these. And the price is right. I'll definitely be buying these again if I need to. Highly recommend.

Great cool and soft shirt, dries quickly
Nice quality! My husband lives in these shirts. We’ve ordered twice before This batch of shirts is solid black on the back of the shirt and a heathered color on the front. Very soft and cool. My husband likes to sleep in them too because he’s a hot sleeper.

Wide neck cut
Overall, the shirts are a good fit, however the set I received, the neck was made to wide, not a classic crew neck cut.

Good quality shirt sizing runs small
These shirts are just what I was looking for. Nice stretch, allowing for easy removal when at the gym after working out and sweating. The sizing is a little bit off like they were made for a smaller Asian fit as the large is actually smaller than some of the DSG shirts that I own that are mediums. And the collar are standard T-shirt type collars unlike the ones that are on under Armour or the DSG shirts that I have but for the price, you really can’t beat them. I decided to buy another set of 5 after receiving these. Because there as close to the approximation of some shirts that I bought years ago and feel and quality and softness. I’d say this is a super value for the money if you’re looking for some workout shirts. Posted show the essential shirt first, then a side-by-side of an essential shirt and a under Armour shirt that I’ve purchased, and then the last picture shows the essential shirt on top of the under Armour shirt, and as you can see the width on the under Armour shirt extends well past the edges of the essential shirt showing the discrepancies in the sizing. Shown in the additional pics 2” in width. There have reported the stitching being loose or fraying I have not experienced that at all.

Fits short on tall guys- 6’4”
Shirts fit very smalI, as in XL is too short on me at 6’4”. I forgot about them and missed the window to return them. I would get a larger size than usual when ordering. Besides that, the quality and material seem good, but because I haven’t worn them and they weren’t (in my amateur opinion) sized well for taller people. XL is usually my size in American brands like amazon essentials.
