Ashitaba - Vegan Blood Builder (80g)

I incorporated this into my daily diet after experience a major blood loss (half of my blood) after giving birth. I wasn’t given blood, so while in the hospital I was looking up everything I could do to help built my hemoglobins back up. I am vegan so eating meat wasn’t an option. I have followed sun potion on Instagram for years and remembered seeing this product so I ordered it immediately. I put it in my matcha latte everyday and i have no idea it’s there. It actually enhances the taste of matcha! 3 weeks after losing half of my blood, my new blood test results showed everything was perfect and I think along with eating a healthy vegan diet and taking a good iron source this had a lot to do with it ! I will continue to take it

This product inhibits nerve growth factor, immune, blood health, heart health, B vitamins, and everything else that depends on these working well... this is that supplement that stands on the front lines. Ashitaba from sun potion is above and beyond. It helps with my muscle recovery, and also my blood, as I’m on a Whole Food Plant Based diet. It’s high in B12 which is great. One caveat tho... ashitaba naturally has melatonin in it so it can and will make you tired. Only take 1/2 teaspoon at night or after you’ve done most of your activities. BTW, this is only $42 if you have a Thrive membership...

I received the jar with a Broken seal, and the powder was all over unopened jar.

This product curbs my appetite..its delicious and it cleanses you in a good way. I'll be more of it

Easy to mix with boiled water for good health. Drink it everyday.

It doesn’t say anywhere on the bottle that it’s organic.
