I have had one of these for many many years! When mine dies from years of use, I buy the EXACT same model to replace. It is easy to use and easy to replace batteries. The replacement rollers always fit perfectly and have never had an issue with operation. Tough little long lasting unit.

Wheel doesn't turn anymore. Six uses over a couple of months and now if you touch the wheel it stops and you hear is squealing sound company says it has a one year warranty talk to the company said they won't honor the warranty received additional information the company said that the seller is an unauthorized seller and therefore I need to quit trying to have them honor the warranty since the unauthorized seller shouldn't be selling their product and that the product is probably fake. I don't understand they should keep track of who's selling their products on Amazon so that the consumer can have confidence that what they're buying from emoji will be honored. Won't ever buy again.

The best. I had one just like it for a number of years. It justStopped working. I saw this one on Amazon. Ordered it and used it. Im verry pleased with this one. There are some cheaper ones. But this one is great.

Nice unit, but one roller was missing. Description said two rollers were included.
