Adult sized. If you tighten it as far as it can go it’ll kind of fit kids.

Will this hat fit a 12m baby?

There is an adjustment on the back. It fit my 6 year old grandson. Probably not a toddler.

Cute for photos

I was hoping it would fit my baby for his photoshoot, but his head is too tiny. We decided to use it as part of the background props instead. It is so cute and of great quality. It fit me so I will be using it for his birthday party. It’s comfortable and easy to adjust the strap on it.
