Carb absorption and energy!
I have noticed these help with carb absorption and increase in energy.. it takes maybe a week of faithful use but I have noticed it. Usually the B complexes don’t do much for me. This one works.

KLEAN IS THE WAY TO GO
This is the second time I’ve ordered this particular brand and product. It’s an excellent B Complex formula and never disappoints. I take it first thing in the morning without food and I’m set for the day and evening. I’ve tried other B Complex formulations but this one seems to work the best for me.

Great product. U feel calm withing 20-30 minutes
I usually use it to balance my stress. It works! Literally within 30 minutes. I love it. Your pee will be quite bright but that’s how you know it’s working as well
