This headset has been wonderful. The sound quality is amazing. I love the MS Teams integration. I love that it mutes the mic when the boom arm is up and that it has a button to leave the meeting on the headset. I also love that the headset has lights on it to indicate that you are on a call. Now my family knows when I’m busy and I don’t get asked if I’m on a call constantly. Also, the ability to answer a call from the headset works wonderfully too. I’m very happy with this headset and it was worth the money.

I wasn't sure if I was going to keep these initially but found a great deal on them. I can work out of a loud bar without my company even knowing. The sound quality and mic quality are excellent and bonus that you can connect more than one device and activating audio will play the appropriate device. The only drawbacks are that they aren't full over-ear despite being noise canceling and with long periods of wear can be a bit uncomfortable, but that's any headphones. Overall it is a great product and a new travel essential (useful for workouts in a pinch even).

Great range, clarity, and dual-unit connection. But the auto sleep function - which shuts off the unit after a short period of inactivity - is very annoying. It won't consistently wake back up at touch of a button. Only way to fix that is their proprietary software - yet another app to clutter my PC and send info back to the manufacturer. If it wasn't for this flaw, I'd rate it 5 stars..

I have a size 8.5 head and this works for me as the mic drops in front of my mouth.Phone quality is great.I use it on planes to watch videos and the noise suppressing works well.

Love this product - great noise cancelling & quality for speaking AND listening. Great integration with MS Teams. Decent battery (I turn off between calls). Only complaint would that wearing them all day, for work, eventually causes sore ears.

I have been using a wired Jabra that I’ve loved for 2.5 years and decided to upgrade to the wireless to be able to walk away from my desk. The noise cancellation is phenomenal, the sound quality is amazing, and they are the most comfortable brand I’ve used (I’ve tried several). I am disappointed in the range tho. I saw reviews where people say they can go 20 feet + or even other floors, I don’t find this to be true. If I walk 5-7 feet away, with no obstacles/obstructions I’m told I sound robotic and difficult to understand and much beyond that I start breaking up and have to reboot the headset. I can walk away as long as I stay within 10-15 feet and will hear the notification if I get a call or message but have to return to my desk before I can answer it. If I had figured all this out before the return window, I would’ve returned them.

I love the long battery life, which means I don’t have to walk around with the charger? which is awesome.

I strongly suggest you avoid this crap show. The battery life is excellent, as is the sound quality. Noise cancellation is almost irrelevant, however Jabra has much better headsets for noise cancellation and expectations for that were appropriate. The main problem with this headset is its inability to connect appropriately. It loses the connection randomly, and reestablishing it requires jumping through hoops. If you have two connections (say with your phone and the computer), it constantly screws up one of them. If you disconnect one, then both get disconnected and you have to reestablish everything. The headset APPEARS to work great at first, but as you use it over time - it will end up smashed against a wall (like mine) once you've had enough of its poor design.
