What vga card exist in the laptop is it just the hd graphics or does it also have the nvidea Quadro m1200 or the Nvidia quadro m2200?

It has the NVIDEA graphic card.

Why do they sell laptops with damaged batteries and chargers?

I don't know. I purchased one and received on Feb 9th and today it caught on fire! Working with Amazon to resolve.

Amazing refurbished Dell

For a fraction of the price I purchased a refurbished Dell that is faster, has more available functions than a new HP with sufficient memory to do whatever I need. Highly recommend looking into this method of obtaining a computer.
