Thankfully, I haven't had to use it yet, but I like the fact that the items are 4"x4" pads vs. a long anti-clot wrap. Most products would be good on the battlefield or a major care accident, but the reality is most injuries aren't that bd. It's the small bleeders that make this a great product to have in your first aid kit. If you're on blood thinners, this is all the more important to have.

I love that these come wrapped in small batches so I can spread them out across different kits/sites. Excellent value - predictable positive results on small wounds, and easy to cover with other bandages so you don't reopen a wound when changing dressings (some of this will be incorporated into the clot, and you don't want to disturb it when changing bandages). Easy, effective, cheap. Love it.

No Leaks and quickly stops bleeding remember to put pressure on the pad for several minutes. On Blood Thinners, then this is a good product to have on hand.FDA approved!

Urgent care used something like this when I sliced the tip of my finger on a mandolin and it wouldn't stop bleeding. I'm so glad I found it online. It's come in handy since then and works quickly to stop the bleed. And it stays in place, giving the skin a chance to heal underneath. Every first aid kit should have this.
