The mouse pad stopped working after a few days. The sound quality isn't very good.

The laptop itself is great!But the trackpad absolutely sucks! Not very responsive at all! Probably get a usb mouse if you get this one!

seems a very good laptop just the plug on laptop lead wont stay in so not charging now wont plug intto laptop when battery runs out i am stuffed

The media could not be loaded.  This laptop is simply superb for the price!Surely the screen is not as colour accurate or with amazing viewing angles as an IPS panel but is plenty sharp and with overall great colours, good brightness and ideal for movies.The charger also requires an adapter (that is anyway included) for the UK plugs but for the performances, build quality, attention to details... this laptop is truly stunning!I though easier to post a video to show all the quality of the machine, I hope it helps.

This has been one of the most disappointing purchases I have ever made. If I hadn't been so desperate for a working laptop during lockdown I would have returned it and bought again. The main issue is with the keyboard - the backspace button is very glitchy and will delete whole sentences and paragraphs at a time when you're just trying to delete a few characters; the cursor jumps around the page so you end up typing where you didn't expect; the keyboard is set up so the commands don't match the keys; it doesn't even have a pound sign. Added to this the battery life is terrible (couple of hours even after fully charged) and the Asian plus means it has to be plugged in using an adaptor - plus the cable is incredibly short so you need an extension lead unless you are sitting on top of a plug point. Positives - nice size screen; nice size keyboard; seems reasonably fast for my uses (Microsoft Office and web browsing). Overall though - I'll be investing in another laptop as soon as I can afford it.

Really disappointing product from the poor quality charger right through to the start up time. I was hoping for more from a 16g machine. Returned after less than a day
