Is it good for all skin??

I bought it because I have redness, it is specifically meant for that, but it is a great cleanser! I recommend you buy a bigger one that works for all skin types though, this is a very small amount.

How many time a day/week should you use this?

I used it every day to see results and always moisturize after using, cleansers are to just clean pours

Is this just to remove makeup or is it also a cleanser?

It is to primarily remove makeup, I would follow up with a facial cleanser
