This product is incredible. My baby got his first diaper rash when he was a few months old and nothing I did would work. I was in tears just looking at his skin rash, cracking and looking bloody. Nothing his pediatrician prescribed worked, I tried other creams and nothing worked. Finally I remember that my doctor mentioned he may have a fungal infection so I decided to take matters into my own hands and search on Google and Amazon for an antifungal cream that was safe for babies. When I found this cream I read a review from a parent who seemed to have been in a similar situation and he said this stuff works, so I decided to try it because I had nothing to loose. My baby was in so much pain and any parent knows when our baby is in pain especially intense constant pain we will do anything to stop it. My son's rash started improving only hours after using this. Seriously I am not exaggerating. As a first time mom I am learning as I go and what I have learned is that this is the best cream to eliminate diaper rashes of any kind. My son is a very happy baby and the only thing that brings real tears to his eyes is when he has a diaper rash so I am very grateful for this product. All mom's of babies should have this product.

Works well

Yes, it's thick, messy hard to get out the tube. As others have suggested, put it in hot water before applying. But it's zinc so it's think and white chalky paste. Not grainy to me, maybe weather has a negative impact on the product (heat/cold??)I apply, a little goes a long way, like lotion to affected area, rub it in as best I can, and go about my day, by days end, I shower and reapply, as per directions, twice daily. I've had no issues with it. Warm wet cloth to wipe off hands or where you don't want it, and good to go. It is like diaper rash cream, I see it working well.for that. Jock itch cleared in 3 days, athletes foot took a week, and some eczema type rash took about 4 days, all on different members of the house, but it's worked for all sorts of skin stuff.

Only thing is its hard to wash off your hands after applying but hey it works well.

This stuff worked amazing and quickly! It is super thick so it stays on well and a little goes a long way.

We bought this as a last resort before taking our baby to the doctor for a diaper rash which wasn’t responding to anything. We read several reviews about this product and decided to give it a try. WOW is all I can say. My baby had a rash that was so red and irritated. It broke my heart to see him dealing with this rash. Within 24 hours the improvement was beyond noticeable. After 48 hours the rash was almost gone. This product is thick and stays where you apply it. It doesn’t get absorbed by the diaper on your child. Most creams are not thick like this product. We will continue using this product without a doubt.

Keeps me from being excoriated. The best!!
