Can you paint the mask and it still be see through?

Hello, The mask uses a special coating that allows you to see through but others can't see you. You would not be able to see if you paint over it.

Can you use glasses under it?

Yes it actually makes it better in my opinion

Do you know how hard this mask is, relatively speaking? I'm looking for a mask similar to this, but "Airsoft-proof"

I would say this product is NOT sturdy enough to withstand Airsoft strike. This mask is made of thin plastic.

How reflective is the mask?

It's pretty reflective... like a curved/warped mirror.
