Very disappointed about the quality of this product

Very disappointed about the quality of this product.1) Only the red LED lights up, nothing functioning. The tube does not get any power, replaced the tube, no change. Further investigations showed that the relay is not working, probably not getting any power, either. Surprised, how quality control is done on this product.2) When disconnecting the RCA cables, the gold-plated casings of these stuck and came off with the cables.3) One of the knobs was already broken when the shipment arrived.Really don't know what to do with it :(
