Easy to Setup
This was easy to set up and easy to take down. It took less than one minute for Santa to inflate. All I had to do was plug him in and stand there and hold the top of Santa’s hat up and make sure he blew up. He stands tall, the height is accurate in the description. The inflation motor works well and is fairly quiet, even inside. Santa has no holes in him. And when you unplug him, he deflates instantly and it doesn’t take too long before he’s all deflated completely. Storage is easy too, just fold him up and put him in a box or bag. He came with some string and stakes to keep him stationary if used outdoors. This is my first blow up Christmas decor and I have to say that I’m happy with him. I think he’s cute and it was a lot easier to set him up than I imagined it would be.

Sad Santa
Santa was not properly balanced with the sand bags in his feet. As a result he wouldn't stand up. The ropes they provided (4) actually broke when I tried to attach them to the stakes. Cute but greatly disappointed since I couldn't get him to stand without falling over

Smaller than expected
Was much smaller than described, not durable at all.

Sad Santa
Santa received was not the one we ordered. It was defective and slumped over. I would not recommend buying it. We were so disappointed with it.
