Do you hook the battery wire on the red space or the other side

My wire connectors are broke my grandbaby can't move or ride it she is crying because of the wires are broken i need a replacement parts or another one please thanks 🙏🏼

Cant get this to charge not sure if im doing something wrong or if its defective. The instruction booklet isnt clear. How do you charge it?

First connect battery under the seat. Once done, all that is required is to plug the charging cord into the small charging port in front of the seat upright. Nothing lights up on the charger however.... I just let it charge for 12 hours.

Good toy for the money.

My 2y. O. Loves it especially the music. But the storage area top is flimsy plastic. After a few times of opening and shutting it became loose.

Bad quality

The media could not be loaded. I'm very unhappy with this purchase. The speed is very slow, I have to push it to make it move. I did not have original packaging so I could not return the item as it was a Christmas gift. Very very unhappy happy. I'm not recommending this item to anyone. I ordered a different colore they sent me this one witch is nothing like the picture.

I bought this in august for christmas. my daughter opened christmas morning. it unfortunately didnt work. BUT i'm giving it 4 stars because the customer service is amazing. they were quick with responses. and after providing video of nonworking product, immediately refunding me.
