(+) The strong suction - so strong that I worried I might cause damage when I had to move it(+) Wide adjustment range(+) Small footprint on windscreen (if adjusted properly)(-) The cable was a little short for my application, fortunately it is a standard USB to Micro-USB(-) The clamp does not respond immediately so you offer the phone up and wait a few seconds(-) The clamp closes slowly and silently so you have to watch before you release your phoneThe negative points are very minor and do not detract much from the overall functionality and useability of this product

Works amazing using on iPhone 11. I had been looking for one of these for a long time and finally settled on this one, it’s perfect the adjustment is really good and the wireless charging works perfectly with no connection issues even with a thick case. The automatic adjustment and tightening is really effective and also makes this product feel premium, very sensitive and works well.There is a small Qi logo on the stand that lights up when the unit is powered it’s nice and not intrusive at all. Overall a very good purchase which has lasted me 3 months so far and looks like it will last for much longer

This was a gift to someone abroad and unfortunately it just didn’t work and I couldn’t return it due to not having it to return.Button on the side to open and close arms, very fiddly to use.Tried two phones in the Craddle without cases and the phones would not charge.Might be a fault with the one I purchased but based on my experience I can not recommend

It doesn't charge as quick as it makes out, when using Bluetooth & Google maps you can see the battery draining. Also, it creates interference through the DAB radio. I have other charges similar, they don't do this & charge at the same speed.

Very good I bought this as I broke the charging point on my phone from constantly putting the charger in and seen as though I do a lot of miles I thought it would be a good idea to charge it wirelessly and it works perfect.The automatic grabber works fine when you put your phone on the charging pad it instantly grabs your phone securelyOverall very pleased

Arrived faster than expected, nicely packaged and clear instructions. Although sucktion is great, I've marked it down slightly as with arm extended fully with my phone fitted there is a little flex / bounce..however in fairness I have a rugged smart phone which weighs in at 300g! So probably won't be an issue with most phones. Adjustable bottom bracket allowed me to quickly find sweet spot for wireless charging. Side support arms open and close electrically with press of sensor buttons, very cool.

This is an incredibly handy gadget to have, very simple to set up and install in your car. Charges my phone quickly even on small trips.The only modification I would say is the inclusion of a button the release the side holding panels, when the car is turned off, otherwise you will have to turn the car on again to do so or slide the phone out of the top which could possibly damage the product.Overall however a very cool gadget!
