Can you replace the apron on this machine?

The roller is not as wide as a rolling paper! Need to cut every paper to size. Not practical! Why if all papers are the same size would you make a roller 1/4” to small?

What size papers work with this best? It seems 1 1/4 makes it rolled at an angle .
