What size is it how wide is the mop

It is about 16 inches long and 5 inches wide great product!!

I can't wait to use this mop! But how the x&# do you put the handle together so it doesn't pull apart?

Help please!! I am just learning how to do things I never thought I’d have to learn but my spouse has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s which puts me on a collision course trying to master new challenges. I screwed all parts of the long handle together EXCEPT at the point where the base is supposed to attach to the actual mop part. It looks like the end part should fit OVER the tube thingy sticking up from the mop part but for the life of me I can’t make it fit over that. I know I have botched this but if you can figure out what I’m trying to say and can tell me what to do I will sing your praises and be forever in your debt. I need to mop my floors!
