Decent for the price
Contains all that's pictured above. I took some stuff out and replaced the space with moleskin, ibuprofen, antidiarrheal, and antihistamine in little baggies as well as an emergency blanket and lighter since I'm using this for camping/hiking.

I haven’t had to use this kit yet, but it is waterproof and we keep it in our boat. It has stuff for the most likely kind of injuries that might occur when boating.

Bee Sting
We had an incident with a beehive…my father in law and cousin were both stung and the sting relief was quickly used. I was able to buy the same brand of sting relief pads on Amazon to replace it. The kit is excellent for those instances. However, I added some more gauze and wrapped the box with a tourniquet just in case of a serious injury. This is a fantastic product.

Great to put inside a kayak. Wish it had a surture kit inside

Water resistant but not waterproof
Had in my kayak. When I finally needed it ,it was all wet inside. Has alot of good stuff inside but not waterproof
