I always look for this unscented dishwashing soap because it washes the dishes well and does not leave any scent behind! I was a lifelong user of Dawn and Cascade but switched to unscented soaps when I had kids. It truly is hard to go back to the OGs of soaps because the scent is so overwhelming! Seventh Generation works well, has better ingredients, and is scent free!! Give it a try, and you will notice the difference.

Works great. Many dishwasher detergent are poisonous and harmful to your health. This one is not. I love it.

The dishwasher repair person who fixed my dishwasher told me never to use powders, because they can gunk up the works inside a dishwasher. I had been using an unscented, environmentally safe powder, so I tried this one and, despite that it's in a ridiculous, non-reusable plastic bottle, it works well and I'll be buying it from now on. But why doesn't 7th Generation package all of its product in paper-based bottles, or in glass? The plastic that 7th Generation uses for nearly all its packaging just means that whatever good you think you're doing for the environment, by using their products, is negated multifold by being packaged in single-use plastic bottles.

Gentle on the hands but tough on dirty dishes. I love that it is also from a brand that cares about the environment.

(Other name brand products that we used in the past started to make me feel sick. The scent that was left over would show up in our food from pots, pans, and silicone cooking utensils. The white powder residue that smelled like fake fresh scents grossed me out.)We switched to this when I went on a journey looking for something healthier and scent free! No more chemical scent and minimal white residue left on the dishes. I am very happy with how well it cleans our dishes. It’s pricey… so not great value for our money but I do like the product! Highly recommend.

Its always nice to have a natural option but this dishsoap doesnt clean as effectively, I often find food and stains after running the dishwasher (which doestn happen with more commercial dishtabs)

Have been using this for years, since my wife has asthma, triggered by strongly perfumed products. Does a reasonable job in cleaning dishes and tableware.Hard to find in retail stores except whole foods.
