Other woodworking magazines have profuse prose with background and explanations of design and construction of furniture, and that's great. But for top value per page you can't beat Shopnotes. It consistently delivers excellent articles and projects that are clear and concise. it is very focused on "how to do it", with generous diagrams that clearly and comprehensively illustrate all aspects of the project. Whether a shop jig or a piece of furniture, their presentation is great. Oh, and the magazine itself is well suited to the shop environment since it is printed on heavy stock paper that makes for a durable, repeated reference.

I rarely leave reviews but after receiving this robe in the mail ten minutes ago, I had to let everyone know how BEAUTIFUL it is. When I saw it on Amazon, I really wanted it, but thought...wow $120 is a lot of money for a robe! I had been looking for a pretty silk kimono type robe (that wasn't cheesy and too asian looking) for a long time and decided to splurge. It was so worth it. I ordered the robe Thursday night and got it today, Monday....and I live in Key Largo. It was neatly packaged in a pretty little box. It fits perfectly; not too tight and not too long or short. (I'm 5'5", and weigh 135.) It hangs beautifully, the silk is a nice medium weight and its a soft white, not super bright white. The images that are painted on are just gorgeous....the colors are so vibrant,I love it! My sisters 50th birthday is coming up and now I know what to get for her! :)

I am a passionate DIY homeowner with a more than decent wood and light metal work shop in my basement. There is plenty of magazine choices for people like me and through time I have had subscriptions to many of them. Years ago, I narrowed them down to this publication (and the complementary Family Handyman). I love this magazine because it shuns glamor and focuses on truly basic and everyday handy subjects. It has good coverage and prose, professional photography and illustrations. I measure the usefulness of a magazine by the number of articles that I am really interested to read and every issue of ShopNotes keeps me busy for a good and fun while (followed by a bunch of new sawdust).

This case makes this phone even more beautiful than it was when I purchased the LG VS30 ThinQ for my wife. It's a case that really makes the phone look great but I wouldn't count on too much protection from it, other than keeping the phone from getting scratched up.

I got this robe for myself and I absolutely LOVE it. It feels luxurious and looks lovely, classy, and is one of those rare things that you can feel sexy in but is also modest so you can wear it around the house with company. It is also extremely comfortable, the perfect blend of cool and cozy, and light but not too light of a weight. I got one for my mother for mother's day as well. The colors are vibrant and the picture is flattering. I am 5'10" and 145 lbs and the small/medium fits well, but it could definitely fit a range of bodies--I was worried it would feel too short or be too small since it comes in only two sizes, but after ordering it, I worried for no reason. It also came in a very pretty gift box. I highly recommend this as a gift or if you just want something special for yourself.

Love! My screen did crack when ties was on, but it feel face down in a parking lot. Not the cases fault. I love this case and that I can change it any time I want with color paper behind it.

I bought this to hold the Canon PowerShot SX130IS.My goal is a case as small as possible for backpacking; attach case to strap of pack or belt.It is perfect; the camera is a nice slip fit. The side pouch is enough for a couple AA cells and card. It has a nice loop for attachment to belt.I recommend it for my purpose.
