Have been using it for years and i think it makes a difference

I've used their Coffee Bean Caffeine eye cream for years now. That said, I did go a few months, possibly more, without it and I did miss it - so I renewed my subscription and received the product with the new packaging. The new bottles (not the old skinny tipped bottle) are much better than before and I think the product itself will stay fresher longer, which is important to me as I rotate what I use (meaning I use this at most every other day). You can't really go wrong with caffeine and niacinamide. No animal testing is also something important to me. I am disheartened to not see any statements about this being paraben, pfthalate, and sulfate free now, neither here nor on their site, which means I am going to have to deep dive the ingredients and hope EWG has something on it; I will update my review, and potentially my subscription, once that is complete. They cite that they are "Clean Formula Certified" which I can literally find nothing on.**Update** EWG Skin Deep has rated this product as "Fair data availability" and low risk at a 2/10 (citing potential use restriction and occupational hazard due to common thyme used here as an ingredient which is quite weird - not a big deal to me and this is a big win). So, for its purpose (under eyes) this is as close to perfect as possible and will stay on as part of my skincare routine. I do hope they drop the older bottle for good.

I use to use this cream for years, way back when, but I stopped using it, because I found a skin care line that I loved, and I decided to try their eye cream, and it was awesome. Now it is years later, and I can't find anything that works for me(inexpensive or expensive). I have aged skin, and I do have eye bags, and upper eyelid hoods... It is so depressing. So, I started using this cream again, about 3-5 days ago, and I can't believe the results already. I was hoping this cream would just help me with my dark circles, but it has done more than that. I am noticing that my luggage bags, have turned more into makeup bags. I really do see the difference under my eyes, and above my eyes. I really am amazed. They say the only way you can get rid of eye bags is by surgery, but it seems that this cream is proving the plastic surgeons wrong. I know that most people will disagree with me, from the reviews I read on this product, but I must say, everyone has different skin, and not every skin product is going to work for every person. So as for me, this works, and I will continue to use it. It has such a creamy texture, very moisturizing, and very absorbing. I have tried retinol creams for around my eyes, but I don't do well. I get dry eye from the retinol. From what I hear, the next best thing for around eyes your eyes, next to retinol, is caffeine, so I think this is a product to try. This eye cream is a very inexpensive one, too, so that is a great big plus. I highly recommend this product.

They changed the formula and it ain't good. This was a cult product and had thousands of loyal customers for over a decade. So they decided to change the formula. Brilliant! When it was in the tube with the nozzle top and smelled like a cupcake, it was this rich, creamy, deeply hydrating and nourishing texture that sunk in but kept your eyes hydrated for a long time. Now it's in a flat top (new packaging) and the texture is like a thick, gel-like silicone and it immediately dried out my eyes and made them sting. The new smell isn't good either, kind of like play-doh. For a while before this, I was buying the old formula even though it kept arriving spoiled (I was very hopeful and just kept returning the bad tubes), but then I just gave up. Now I ordered it again in a hopeful moment only to find out it's changed. Never again. You guys lost a loyal customer. Listen up fellow customers, if you find a product you love, just enjoy it while it lasts because companies, without fail, no matter how popular and quality a product is, always ruin a good thing.

This review is for Coffee Bean Caffeine Brightening Eye Cream.It is the best I have ever used. It took a few months of consistent use and I finally saw the darkness around my eyes go away. I had no skin irritation and it is very lightweight and moisturizing. My eye skin feels so hydrated.I am thrilled I gave this a try and you will be too!

This is a wonderful product, highly recommend, I've used for a month and think it's the best I've ever purchased.
