The media could not be loaded. Its is not exactly the jack we use in for our cars, but it is just a holder, if u want to hold something at a small height. Certainly can take weight. There is no spring or lever n pully system in it.

I got these as a quick-and-dirty way to hold up one side of my car when I need to rotate tires (primarily) and as a 'safety' when I'm changing the oil (even though I leave the jack in place holding the weight). They're NOT the most rugged stands I've ever seen, basically being stamped/bent sheet-metal vs. castings, and I don't think I'd want to test their 2-ton capacity to the limit. But they do the job well enough holding up one side of my 2-ton SUV while I pull the wheels off and swap them front-to-back.
