If you have a sensitive scalp this product is awesome!
I have a super sensitive scalp and usually I remove relaxer before the hair is ready! This product is really gentle on the scalp and it gave me enough time to work through my hair.

Product not carefully packaged
I like this relaxer. However, whenever I purchase online I get half of my product. This time both bottles of activator have a little more than half of the liquid in them. Drives me crazy and it's going back.

Effective relaxer, a bit drying
Straightened my hair out really well. My hair felt extremely dry as I washed out and even after I used the mayonnaise and dried my hair. I am a huge fan of Vitale products because of my sensitive scalp. Overall, great relaxer in terms of straightening, but the relaxer itself may leave hair dry.
