The Bedrug was a nice addition to my truck which already had a drop in liner. It is well constructed and fit well. Things do not slide around as easy and it is easy to clean. It provides a cushioned surface for hauling delicate things, but is also tough enough for rocks, wood, and other things you might throw at it.

Be aware that you must drill into your bedliner to install this bedrug.In my last truck I had a whole bed bedrug that used velcro and double sided tape to install without any modification to the bed at all and I loved it. I used it for everything from camping to stargazing to watching fireworks on the 4th of July... it made for a nice comfortable area for my family to gather wherever I parked.When I got my new truck, it already had a drop-in bed liner installed, but I wanted the nice cushy floor so we could still have the same type of experience at events. I went with the bedrug brand rather than trying to create my own simply because I like the brand and the quality is great. It's nice that the simple floor mat version is cheaper too.I didn't do any installation research before I bought this bedrug because I figured it would be just like my last one. I was wrong. This one does not install with tape or velcro. You need to drill holes in your bed liner and use a bunch of push clips to make sure it's firmly attached. If you don't attach it, it could blow away while you're driving, so you need to make sure it's secure. I suppose I could use velcro, but it probably wouldn't hold great against the bed liner... which is probably why they chose to do it this way.No big deal, really. I'm pretty handy and won't have any problem getting it installed. I know the product is good because I've used it before and it lasted 10+ years in my old truck in the New Mexico desert (still in that truck going strong). The material in this version is the same, so I have no reason to doubt it will stand up in a similar fashion.I'm docking one star because they couldn't figure out a way to install it without drilling holes all over the bed liner. It might be the best way, but it still requires irreparable damage to the existing liner.2013 F150 short bed. No trimming is required.

Awesome mat, makes the bed as nice as a car trunk. I bought it to use with my truck bed tent, and it makes fo a nice cushion too, easy to clen as well. Unless you're truck bed is full of construction material and junk, this is a must.

Pretty easy to install. I got this one because I have a drop in bed liner that came with the truck. This bed rug fit perfectly, didn't need any trimming. Like the instructions say, use an awl to punch holes in the rug for the fasteners. A drill bit will catch the material. So far so good.

The material was surprisingly cheap and cracked as I unrolled it to put it in the bed. The fit was right though for my 2013 F-150. Would not buy again; I think finding a heavy duty rug would be a better value.

need more than Velcro to hold it down

Honestly disappointed. It is a big thick piece of automotive carpet. It's really slick so all your crap slides all around your bed and they want you to drill holes in your bed liner to keep it from blowing out of your truck at highway speeds (I didn't because I have a tonneau cover). Really a bad excuse for a bed mat.

Simply does what it says! Easy to install and good on my knees when putting stuff in the back of my bed topper. Couldn't be happier!
